Today, Kings County — the vanguard of New York’s craft spirits renaissance, is proud to celebrate a defining moment: one million bottles sold.
This is a milestone that’s particularly exciting for a founder who almost twenty years ago was tinkering with a moonshine still and mason jars thinking that distillation had become too industrialized, too corporate, and too disconnected from consumers, especially in American whiskey.

In an era where industrial distillers and non-distilling bottlers have started to see their fortunes wane, we have achieved what many thought impossible for an independent craft distiller; true scale without compromise.
To immortalize this landmark moment, the symbolic Millionth Bottle will be permanently installed in the Distillery’s Boozeum, joining the other artifacts of New York City’s distilling history, while, for the friends and fans who built the brand, we’re pulling the first 500 serial numbers from the millionth bottle run of our most popular straight bourbon, for a special edition hand-numbered release which will be available to buy online on March 30th from 2pm EST.
Carrying a forever-more 4-year age statement, this is a signature bourbon that represents the everyday excellence of the distillery’s mashing, distilling, and aging.

An Invitation to the Inner Circle
We'll also be opening the doors to the Distillery on Friday March 27th - fittingly known as International Whiskey Day - for an exclusive celebration and an opportunity to buy our Millionth Bottle Edition Straight Bourbon in person at the historic Gatehouse.
While the event is primarily for the friends, family, bar, restaurant, and retail accounts who have helped fuel this decade-long journey, we have held back a limited number of public tickets for those wishing to toast to a million more.
Tickets include an open bar from 7–9pm, complete with Kings County cocktails, light bites (but get here early — the food goes fast!), and two raffle tickets for a chance to win our 1,000,001-1,000,003 numbered bottles. Tickets are on sale now through this link.
