The Irish Legacy in New York City
Brooklyn’s streets once echoed with the craft of Irish distillers - bold, clever, and famously defiant. Their whiskey traditions shaped the spirit of New York City, leaving a legacy that still inspires us today.
Released every year in limited quantities, our Irish homage whiskey honors that heritage: triple-distilled in a single pot still, using a blend of malted and unmalted barley and aged four years in our used bourbon barrels. The result? A pour that's rich, smooth, and unapologetically Irish in spirit.
We're also running a special St Patrick's Day Tour + Tasting on Tuesday 17th March, where we will explore the story of Irish whiskey from its 6th-century monastic origins to its lasting imprint on American distilling. You can read more about it below, or book your spot here.
